On Saturdays, no one wants to make an over complicate meals, some might even want to cook at all! But my homemade flautas wraps take just 20 minutes tops to make and tasty for anyone looking for that quick mexican flare.
What you will need is…
- 15 Count flour tortillas
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 can of black beans
- 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella provolone cheese
- 3 dashes of southwest seasoning
- 3 dashes of cayenne pepper
- 2 cans of white meat chicken ( juice drained )
Take the chicken, bell pepper and black beans and shred them together for about 20 seconds then mix in the two seasonings and two cheese, at this time preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Once all your ingredients are mixed together, place your tinfoil wrapped pan and place the wrapped flautases inside the pan, separated by about 2 to 3 inches and cook for about 12 to 14 minutes. Take out of the oven, place your desired dips on the plate while they cool and enjoy this zesty finger food treat!
