2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of sugar

4 eggs

3 tablespoons of vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups of Lipton citrus green tea

1 tablespoon of almond extract

Frosting:

4 cups of powdered sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Filling;

2 ripe bananas

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

1 8 oz package of cream cheese

1 tablespoon of sugar

Steps:

Combine the dry and wet ingredients together for your cake batter and blend on high until the batter is a thick liquid. You should have enough mix to make two layers of cake. Place in the oven on 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until the top is a soft yellow.

Mix the cream cheese, ripe bananas, sugar and vanilla extract together and refrigerate the cake filling for later.

Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk together and refrigerate the frosting mix for later.

Take the cake out of the pan and let cool for 30 minutes in the open. Once cool, place filling and frosting on the cakes and top with spoonfuls of whipped topping, strawberries and blueberries and take a lighter to toast the whipped topping. Refrigerate and enjoy!
